Winter Ski Challenge

I know the slopes are still bare and the lifts are not running yet, but I have a skiing challenge. Is it possible to ski every named run on Bald Mtn. in one day??? Here are the rules:
The ski day lasts from 9AM to 4PM. No hiking up at 5am.

You only need to ski named runs on the Bald Mtn. Trail map. For example: You have to ski "Fire Trail", but not "Scorpion"

How would you go about doing this? Where would you start? What kind of weather and snow would you want?

Bikes, Beer, and Discounted Ski Passes

Crosstoberfest descended on the River Run Ski Lodge this past October 25&26. If you missed it, you should really keep an eye out for it next year.

First things first, a big thank you to Billy Olsen of Power House Cycles , his army of awesome volunteers, and Sun Valley Company for a great weekend of fun and cyclocross racing!

The weekend included two days of cyclocross racing. There was really no excuse not to race. From kids just learning how to ride to World Champion bike racers, there was a class for everyone. People raced on cruisers, mountain bikes, and top of the line carbon fiber cyclocross bikes. On top of that, a good time was had by all.

If racing isn't your thing, there was an opportunity to benefit the local youth just by drinking beer. Yes, you read that last sentence correctly: at Crosstoberfest people drank beer and helped kids. Sun Valley Road & Dirt sold beer mugs to help fund its local youth cycling program.

You didn't even have to like summer sports to enjoy Crosstoberfest. Sun Valley offered discounted ski pass prices to purchase over the weekend. If you missed out this year, make sure to keep an eye out next October for a great weekend of bikes, beer, and discounted ski passes!
